Part 13: Design competition for Frescati University Library (continued); description of site, planning of library, and relation to other existing buildings; remarks on designs of universities in general, and Ralph Erskine's [RE] opinion of Basil Spence's design for Sussex University. Description of RE's design for his own house in Drottningholm, 1963, including the site and history of the nearby royal palace; description of layout of rooms and construction methods, including use of Siporex; remarks on RE's financial position during building of house.
