RB mentions aspects of first year syllabus. PA, RB and PK asked to sign petition to reinstate former principal Robert Furneaux Jordan and dismiss Michael Pattrick. Friendship with PA and PK; painting trip to Spain with PK. Leonard Manasseh first year master. Joint project on Salisbury Cathedral with David Armstrong; influence of RB’s analysis of geometry of cathedral.
