Part 4: [Session two: 8 February 2014] Introduction to the Architectural Association [AA] and how Peter Ahrends [PA], RB and Paul Koralek [PK] met in studio. RB mentions aspects of first year syllabus. PA, RB and PK asked to sign petition to reinstate former principal Robert Furneaux Jordan and dismiss Michael Pattrick. Friendship with PA and PK; painting trip to Spain with PK. Leonard Manasseh first year master. Joint project on Salisbury Cathedral with David Armstrong; influence of RB’s analysis of geometry of cathedral.
