    Part 13: Tape 7 (F11014) Side A: Continuing talking about working with Wally Olins on the Midland Bank project- Becoming conscious of WO's intense level of involvement in projects at this time- TCH getting negative feedback on design work and how this was handled- Discovering importance of keeping Wally Olins informed- Developing good long term working relationship with him- Describing working with Wally on the Merita project (1989)- Clients liking or loathing Wally's robust style of working- Background to project mentioning the Finns daring in employing a British firm to rebrand them- Project to re-position the Union Bank of Finland- Cultural sophistication of Finland- Initial consultancy project discontinued for strategic reasons but Bank impressed with it- Describes initial project and the presentation of its findings- Company wanting to create a brand for remote banking- Mentioning how incredibly advanced the Finnish banking systems were compared to Europe's generally- Following restructuring creating a new group UNITAS of which the bank would be a part- WO becoming more involved at this stage- Negotiating outcomes with client and Wally when there was a disagreement on direction- Being with Wally out of work hours-
