    Part 23: Tape 12 (F12204) Side A: Continues talking about the post-MBO period and the secondary board- Setting up groups to tackle different areas- Finally unproductive for various reasons including group directing critical energy upwards- Tells anecdote about joke E Mail supposedly from Charles Wright disbanding the majority of the secondary board and naming the six who should remain- Initially laughed at then huge investigation- Suggests beginning of end of this group- Overtaken by boom with a natural reselection took place as people left- Own feelings about restlessness diverted by being posted to New York- Talks about own previous board and executive responsibilities- Feeling that many meetings largely a formality- Debating whether or not to work for a fur trade client- Unusual in that it led to a vote in which Wally prevailed in favour of working for them; usual style consensual Briefly talks about Jacob Benbunan's leaving and the Spanish market generally-
