Description
This tape is labelled 'Swazi wedding'. Rycroft asks the singer about the song 'Sifuna amabele'. He asks when the ihubo (plural emahubo) ceremonial song is used. The singer explains that it is sung by young girls from the umthimba (bridal party) on the way to the wedding. It is a ceremonial dance song. The singer provides the lyrics for the song.
