  • Description

This is the third movement of a suite composed by Rycroft called 'Kwaphindengene' in 1983. This recording is of the Hand cross brass band in rehearsal. In later segments of this recording, Rycroft provides some insight into how he composed this piece of music. He used certain traditional Zulu songs as a musical basis or source as he terms it.
